Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you enrol your child in a MathMagic Online program, take the free tables test or use this website. By enrolling you confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian and that you agree to them.

Programs and classes

  • Each program is one clearly defined level (for example Tables 1–10) with the number of live online sessions shown when you enrol.
  • Classes are held online at the batch schedule we confirm with you. If a session has to move, we will tell you in advance and arrange another time.
  • Practice between sessions is part of the program; progress depends on regular attendance and practice.

Fees and payment

  • You pay per level. There is no long-term package and no obligation to continue to the next level.
  • The fee for the chosen program is shown before you pay. Your child's seat is confirmed once the payment is received.
  • You can pay online or by bank transfer / UPI. For transfers, submit the transaction number on your invoice page so we can verify it; you receive a receipt by email once it is confirmed.
  • For monthly programs, the next month's invoice is sent in advance with reminders before and after the due date.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

  • If we cancel a batch before it starts, you can move to another batch or receive a full refund of the fee paid for that level.
  • To change batch, pause, or ask about a refund for any other reason, contact us. We review every request fairly and reply within one working day.

Certificates and reports

  • When your child completes a program, we issue a certificate of completion by email.
  • Progress reports and the free tables test result are guidance for parents, not formal school assessments.

Class conduct and materials

  • Children should join from a quiet place; for Grade 1, a parent may sit alongside to help with writing.
  • Class links, worksheets and practice packs are for your child's personal use and may not be shared or resold.
  • We may pause a place in a batch if a child repeatedly disrupts the class, after speaking with the parent first.

Liability

We take great care with our teaching, but learning outcomes vary from child to child and we cannot guarantee a particular result. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet, device or platform problems outside our control; where a session is lost for such a reason on our side, we will arrange a make-up session.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a level you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
